What’s New: Seamless Document Sharing

Managing quality and compliance documents just got a whole lot easier. You can now handle key paperwork directly inside Parts Portal, saving you time and keeping your inbox clean.

• Instant Document Access: Once an order hits Production Complete, customers and vendors can upload Material Certifications and Quality Reports right from the Portal.
• Real-Time Collaboration: The moment a document is uploaded, it is instantly visible to both the customer and the vendor. Need to make an update or fix a mistake? Add and delete documents from orders, no matter who originally uploaded them.
• Automated Notifications: No need to send a follow-up message. The system sends an automated email notification directing you to view and download new documents.
