Terms of Use: Customers

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing Parts Portal (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. THE SERVICE

Parts Portal provides a digital interface for you to interact with your manufacturing partner ("Manufacturer"). Parts Portal is a service provider to the Manufacturer and is not a party to any contract for manufacturing services entered into between you and the Manufacturer.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the part information, files, and specifications you upload ("Customer Content").
• Our Technology: Parts Portal owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Platform, including the quoting logic, "standard formulas," software code, and user interface. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the logic used to generate quotes.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE & ITAR RESTRICTIONS

• No ITAR Data: You strictly represent that you will not upload any "Technical Data" subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Parts Portal is not an ITAR-compliant platform.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform to scrape data, upload malware, or interfere with the Service’s security.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Parts Portal provides the platform "As-Is." We are not responsible for the accuracy of the quotes generated by the Manufacturer, nor the quality of the physical parts produced. Any disputes regarding manufacturing quality or pricing must be resolved directly with the Manufacturer.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
